- Devanco Canada is a leading distributor of Garage Door and Gate Automation Supplies serving Canada and the USA from our main office and distribution center in Summerstown Ontario. We are currently looking to fill a full-time position divided between Customer Reception, Sales Support and Administrative Duties
- Job purpose: The main objective of this position is to assist in the daily operations of an expanding distribution business with a young dynamic staff. This position involves interaction with commercial customers, suppliers and administrative staff. Experience is an asset, but not required
- Duties include but are not limited to
Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet customers
- Take client orders by phone and email and enter them into our Inventory Management Software
- Assist Sales Department with quotes, and follow-up
- Assist with Billing and other Accounting duties
- Answer client inquiries .
Qualifications
- Superior Customer Service skills and phone etiquette
- Able to communicate in French and English
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage time wisely
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment
- Positive and self-motivated attitude
- Good attendance record
Location, Hours and Compensation. Please note that this Job is in Summerstown On Near Lancaster just a few minutes West of the Quebec Ontario Border
