Duties
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette to assist clients with billing inquiries and account updates
- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving billing issues promptly, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Daily billing of transportation invoices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Experience with outbound calling, analysis skills for troubleshooting issues, and call center environments is a plus
- Excellent typing skills to ensure efficient documentation of customer interactions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices to foster positive client relationships
