Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our automotive dealership team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, possess strong negotiation skills, and have experience in high-end and B2B sales. This role involves engaging with customers, managing the sales pipeline, and delivering exceptional customer service to drive dealership success. Multilingual abilities, especially bilingual proficiency in Spanish, are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts and develop new business opportunities
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead flow and conversion
- Conduct high-end sales consultations, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits to clients
- Negotiate deals effectively to meet both customer needs and dealership objectives
- Support marketing initiatives to attract potential buyers and increase brand visibility
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including phone etiquette and personalized communication
- Collaborate with sales support teams and management to achieve sales targets
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership environment, or retail sales with a focus on B2B or high-end markets
- Strong communication skills, including bilingual proficiency in Spanish is preferred
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales, negotiation, and managing a sales pipeline
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automotive sales and customer engagement
- Proficiency in math for calculating deals and financing options
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients
- Experience in upselling, deal closing, and customer service excellence is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
