Part-Time Catering Manager
Goldies Cafe is growing, and so is our catering program. We're looking for an organized, personable, and hands-on Part-Time Catering Manager to help us continue delivering exceptional catering experiences.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. From the first inquiry to the final delivery, you'll oversee every step of the catering process.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound catering inquiries and communicate with clients
- Prepare quotes and coordinate catering orders
- Plan and organize catering logistics
- Order ingredients and supplies as needed
- Execute catering orders alongside our kitchen team
- Deliver and set up catering orders when required
- Ensure every event reflects Goldies Cafe's high standards for food and service
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable managing multiple orders and deadlines
- Friendly team player attitude
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required
- Food service or catering experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person
A Growing Opportunity
Our catering program is expanding quickly, making this an exciting opportunity to grow with our business. During slower catering seasons, you'll have the option to pick up additional hours working as a cook in our cafe if you're interested, providing more consistent work throughout the year.
