HV Oil is an organization dedicated to enhancing the safety and reliability of high-voltage, oil-filled electrical equipment. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing team.
This position will be mostly work from home. Initial training will be conducted at a residential location in Edmonton, followed by WFH once training is completed. Occasional visits to an office location may be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage email correspondence and reports
- Maintain and organize electronic office documentation, including safety and health records
- Support general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining equipment
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide administrative support and perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. This is required.
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
