We're CleaningPros Kelowna, launching residential house cleaning services to Kelowna and surrounding area, and we are looking for someone to join our team as a Lead Supervisor. Lead Supervisors dedicate the majority of their time to cleaning. In complete honesty, Professional House Cleaning is very demanding work. It’s no walk in the park. But it is very rewarding and made even better when you have a whole team that works hard (which we do!). Additionally, on occasion, you will be responsible for training new team members.
Please Be Aware That The Majority Of Your Position Is To Provide EXCELLENT House Cleaning Services.
No experience is required. We will provide 5 days of fully paid, hands-on Lead Supervisor training starting the week of July 6th.

HOURLY WAGE STARTS AT $22/HR
-We pay on the 15th and last day of each month via direct deposit.

-Our team works Monday through Friday between 9AM & 5PM

-A company car is provided, for work purposes, pending approval from our insurance broker - your driving history will be assessed to check for a low-risk profile.

-All communication happens through your company iPad. Or if you prefer you can use your personal phone and receive $25/month.

SAME WAGE PAID FOR CLEANING TIME AND TRAVEL TIME BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS
-We pay you the same wage all day. Simple as that.

-We have a great professional kit. You can't do good work without good tools.

-Training will be provided. You just have to be a hard worker!

Clean Criminal Record
-Our clients trust us to offer the safest environment possible. We do mandatory full Canada wide checks (you don't have to go to the police station, we can internally process it!).
Have a Valid Driver's License
-You will need to drive to work and in between your appointments.
Your Own Means of Reliable Transportation
-For the first few weeks of employment, you will need to drive to work and in between your appointments. After that, pending approval, get ready to transition to your very own company car!
Available to Start Training Monday July 6th

-We require fresh and current references that will be fully researched.
Be Reliable and On Time
-We put a big focus on punctuality and reliability. If you call in sick constantly or have trouble being on time for work, please don’t apply, sorry!

-As a Lead Supervisor you are setting the tone and the example for the rest of your team. It really helps if you can still smile when things get a little tough!

-Primarily we are looking for people with the right attitude and personality. But if you happen to have experience in the professional house cleaning or customer service industry, let us know!
In summary, you will be expected to show up everyday ready to clean your heart out with an uber positive attitude, feel confident training and providing feedback (both positive and negative) to new team members, and to be overly communicative with our head office.
