Your smartphone is one of your primary work tools.
Technicians must have a modern smartphone and be comfortable using it throughout the day for work communication and documentation.
Your phone will be used for:
- Receiving client details and job instructions
- Viewing photos and project information
- Communicating with our team via text, phone, and WhatsApp
- Taking before-and-after photos of completed work
- Sending updates from job sites
Fast communication is a key part of how we operate. Being responsive and reachable during weekday business hours helps us secure jobs and provide better service to our clients.
If you are not comfortable using your smartphone regularly for work communication and documentation, this role may not be a good fit.
