On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Service Delivery Manager for a 10-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Senior Service Delivery Manager - Job Description:
The Senior Service Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of strategic and transformational initiatives within the End User Services department. This role involves managing delivery, governance, and client engagement related to end user services, ensuring increased agility and cost reductions.
Senior Service Delivery Manager - Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of EUS strategic and transformational initiatives
- Enable product and service teams to meet objectives
- Implement changes to processes, tools, and methods
- Enhance agility and reduce costs within the unit
Senior Service Delivery Manager - Mandatory Skills:
- Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent
- PMP Certified
- Minimum of 7 years of related project management experience
- Strong technical background in end user networking and support within the financial services industry
- Intermediate-Expert level experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Planner, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
Senior Service Delivery Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Artificial Intelligence experience
- Planview experience
- Strong background in change governance and impact assessment
- Understanding of basic financial principles
- Ability to negotiate vendor contracts
Senior Service Delivery Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 10-month contract position.
