```Duties:```
- Provide coaching and instruction to a swim group
- Develop and implement training programs to improve skills and performance
- Plan and organize practice sessions, drills, and game strategies
- Evaluate athletes' progress and provide feedback for improvement
- Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
- Ensure the safety of athletes during training and competitions - Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate team activities
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience as a coach or athlete
- Strong knowledge of the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport/activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes
- Patience and understanding when working with individuals of different skill levels
- Organizational skills to plan and coordinate practice sessions and competitions Skills:
- Swim: Proficient in swimming techniques and able to provide coaching in swimming.
- Educate: Able to educate athletes on the rules, techniques, and strategies of the sport/activity.
Swim coach courses required, can be covered for the right candidate. Vulnerable sector check required
