Biscotteria Forno Cultura | Union Station
Biscotteria Forno Cultura is a small, beautifully considered shop inside Union Station, dedicated to handmade Italian cookies, fine food, coffee, and the quiet pleasure of a well-made thing.
We are looking for a Front of House team member who can bring warmth, taste, and confidence to the guest experience. This is not a generic café role. Biscotteria is part bakery, part boutique, part daily ritual for people moving through one of Toronto’s busiest landmarks.
The right person will understand that hospitality is in the details: a sincere greeting, a thoughtful recommendation, a perfectly arranged display, a remembered order, a calm presence during a busy rush.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth, polish, and genuine care.
- Guide customers through our biscotti, pastries, coffee, pantry items, and seasonal offerings.
- Share the story and quality behind our products in a natural, informed way.
- Maintain abundant, elegant displays that reflect the Forno Cultura standard.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually beautiful throughout the day.
- Support baristas and team members during service.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently while keeping the experience personal.
- Help create a moment of pause and discovery inside the movement of Union Station.
Who You Are
- You have a natural sense of hospitality.
- You notice details without being asked.
- You enjoy beautiful food, design, and presentation.
- You are calm, gracious, and efficient under pressure.
- You communicate clearly and kindly.
- You take pride in creating an experience, not just completing a transaction.
- Previous café, bakery, restaurant, retail, or boutique hospitality experience is an asset.

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
