Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tearista or Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for tea and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including bubble tea and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate tea-espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment to brew and prepare beverages
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the tea bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating change
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
