Your Responsibilities
- Guest Ambassadorship: Act as the primary point of contact, delivering authentic hospitality and ensuring every guest feels valued.
- Precision Service: Master your station by coordinating orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery of all food and beverages.
- The Daily Grind: Thrive in a fast-moving setting while staying on top of side-work, station organization, and cleanliness.
- Proactive Resolutions: Address guest feedback or issues on the fly with a professional, "can-do" mindset.
- Seamless Synergy: Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and support staff to ensure a fluid dining experience for everyone.
What You Bring to the Table

- Credentials: Valid Smart Serve certification is a must.
- Physical Drive: You’re comfortable being on the move for full shifts and can safely manage trays and heavy glassware.
