About The Role:
We are currently seeking a Manager, Corporate Communications and Citizenship. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications and Citizenship, this role requires close collaboration with the leadership team, People Team, Legal, Corporate Marketing, divisional brand teams, retail, and dotcom to integrate internal and external communications strategies aligned with broader company marketing and business goals. The position also supports PR agency relationships and maintains alignment with U.S. and Global corporate citizenship and communications teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, exceptional writer, and brand ambassador who thrives on delivering measurable results through data-driven communications and reputation-building initiatives.
What you’re responsible for:
Corporate Communications:
Develop and implement strategic communications plans and initiatives in collaboration with marketing teams across Mobile, Consumer Electronics, Networks, Corporate, and Enterprise businesses- Work with global PR and marketing teams to identify key media targets and support measurable Corporate PR and Brand PR activities, including reviewer programs
- Manage PR agencies to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on budget, and in line with brand guidelines
- Collaborate on corporate citizenship opportunities to generate strong media coverage and positive sentiment
- Manage, analyze, and report on all PR-related KPIs in collaboration with agency and global teams
Internal Communications:
Execute corporate internal communications programs including executive communications, Town Halls, employee newsletters, meetings, and employee giving/volunteerism initiatives- Develop key executive communications such as messages, social media posts, scripts, memos, and announcements
- Lead execution of Town Halls including planning, logistics, executive briefings, and presentation development
- Contribute to internal messaging and strategic communication plans that support organizational priorities
Corporate Citizenship:
Lead and execute CSR-based communications programs to drive awareness and enhance brand reputation- Support the national citizenship strategy and related marketing campaigns internally and externally
- Support management of the citizenship budget, including agencies, charitable partners, and contributions

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or Business- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- A natural communicator, collaborator, and self-motivated individual who drives for results
- Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively
