About Bathica
Bathica is a division of EMCO Corporation and serves as a master distributor supporting EMCO’s HVAC business across Canada. Our team works behind the scenes to help ensure EMCO locations have access to the HVAC equipment, parts, and products they need to serve local contractors all across Canada.
As part of EMCO Corporation, Bathica combines the stability and resources of a national organization with the practical, fast-paced environment of a specialized distribution business. Our warehouse and operations teammates play an important role in receiving, handling, organizing, and shipping products accurately and safely.

Job Description
As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a 4 phased program to learn every aspect of our business from shipping and receiving, to sales, operations, purchasing, account management and everything in between.
Additional duties will include:
Phase 1 -Warehouse and Customer Service
Phase 2 – Customer Relationships and Procurement
Phase 3 – Account Management and Proactive Sales
Phase 4 – Leadership and Operations
Qualifications

College and/or University degree
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office software - Excel is required.

Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity

Positive attitude and results oriented mindset

Desire to continuously learn and grow

Excellent customer service and organizational skill

Ability to work well independently and in a team setting

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates

Experience with HVAC products (AC, heat pump, etc.) strongly preferred but not required.
Additional Information
Salary Range - $50,000 - $65,000
