We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Sewing Machine Operator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality garments and textile products.
Shift: Monday to Friday from 7am-3:30pm
Responsibilities
- Operate various types of sewing machines according to production specifications and quality standards
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot sewing equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor sewing processes to detect and correct defects or issues promptly
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, consistency, and quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times during operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings is preferred
- Familiarity with different types of sewing machines and basic troubleshooting skills are a plus
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
Pay: $17.60 per hour
