Approval Center is currently seeking an experienced and self-motivated Sub-Prime Finance Manager to lead and expand our growing Special Finance Department. We are one of Canada’s fastest-growing fintech companies and a leader in the sub-prime auto finance space. We specialize in helping customers get approved—no matter their credit situation—while giving them a path to rebuild and succeed financially.

What You’ll Do
- Sell financing solutions with confidence—overcome objections and get deals approved
- Take full ownership of credit applications and drive them through to funding
- Structure and close deals that align with lender programs while maximizing approvals and profit
- Conduct strong credit interviews that uncover opportunities and position customers for success
- Analyze credit reports and adapt deals to secure approvals in any situation
- Ensure every deal is accurate, compliant, and fundable
- Build and leverage strong relationships with lenders to push deals through faster
- Deliver a high-energy, customer-focused experience from start to finish
What It Takes to Win
- Minimum 2+ years’ Sub-prime experience is a major asset—you know how to get difficult deals bought.
- Proven sales success (Sub-Prime Finance Manager, automotive, or auto sales related roles preferred).
- Dealership experience is a strong advantage—you know how to perform under pressure.
- Sharp judgment and decision-making—you move fast and think strategically.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Strong organization and time management—you focus on what makes money.
- High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to doing things the right way.
- OMVIC license is an asset (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract required.

Compensation (expected annual earnings): Starting From: $80,000 and above per year. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. The expected annual earnings reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.
