Required Qualifications
- Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Experience driving pickup trucks and landscape trailers
- Ability to confidently back and maneuver trailers in residential settings
- Previous gardening, horticulture, or landscape maintenance experience
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
Compensation will reflect horticultural knowledge, trailer experience, leadership ability, and overall qualifications.
Job Summary
Red Bear Lawns & Landscaping is seeking an experienced Garden Crew Member who wants to build a long-term career in the landscape industry. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, enjoys working outdoors, and has the potential to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities
- Garden bed maintenance, weeding, edging, and cultivation
- Pruning and trimming of shrubs and ornamental trees
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Mulch installation and garden enhancements
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Safe operation of landscaping equipment and company vehicles
- Daily care and organization of tools, equipment, and trailers
- Delivering exceptional quality and customer service on every property
