Broken Hill is looking for a full time dishwasher through the Summer season. Approximately June 1st - September30th. This position could lead to a permeant one for the right candidate. Shifts will be a mix of nights and days, with weekends being mandatory. Current outlook is 4 days a week, 2 days and two nights.

Reports To: Sous chefs
Essential Responsibilities: As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for all dish related cleaning, organizing and distribution of plate ware and kitchen equipment, maintaining a clean work station, cleaning the smoker and closing down the dish area.
Definition of Success: Speed and organization are a must! You should be able to work with high volume, move quickly and efficiently, with high attention to detail. The ability to plan ahead is necessary to succeed in this role. Cleanliness and positive attitude are a must.
