Job Title: BI & Analytics Lead (BFSI)
Position Overview:
The BI & Analytics Lead will drive business intelligence initiatives and deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights for BFSI organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop enterprise reporting solutions.
- Design KPI frameworks for banking and financial operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and executive scorecards.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
- Implement self-service analytics capabilities.
- Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting.
