somewhere dine bar is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality and support daily front-of-house operations. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist with seating arrangements and guest accommodations
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately when required
- Answer questions about menu items, beverages, and specials
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests
- Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff during busy periods
- Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and concerns
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
