CSN Cambrian Collision Centre, one of Northern Ontario’s busiest and most advanced collision repair facilities, is seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Automotive Collision Technician to join our growing team. Trade Certification: 310B Automotive Collision Repair Technician

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a licensed collision repair role

Driver’s License: Valid and in good standing

Frame and unibody straightening
-
Welding and soldering (steel, aluminum, MIG, and spot)

Panel replacement, metal shaping, and dent repair
-
Body, door, and frame repairs including structural components
-
Rust and corrosion repair
-
Fitting, sanding, and refinishing prep work
-
Interior and underbody component repair
-
Adherence to OEM repair procedures and standards
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
-
Work efficiently within a flat rate pay structure

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Fast-paced, high-volume collision center

Physically demanding with focus on precision and safety
