We provide high-quality plumbing, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, fire protection and specialty piping services. We work closely with our clients to manage and implement projects from conception to handover and value strong relationships and collaboration.
We are currently based out of the Port Coquitlam area and conduct business throughout the Lower Mainland and Vancouver, as well as the Kootenays and Alberta.

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team.
Job description
- Assist in overall project delivery from estimation to completion
- Accountability for own tasks within projects and their impact on company operations
- Management of 4LM construction teams
- Management of 4LM sub-trades & suppliers
- Oversee detailed purchasing of sub-trade and supplier scopes of work
- Manage day to day RFI’s, changes and shop drawing submittals
- Work with the mechanical team to build out detailed construction schedules for all projects
- Assist in management and forecasting of manpower for all projects
- Assist in management and forecasting cash flow models for all projects
- Assist in teaching and mentoring project coordinators
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and consultants
- Assess and contribute to the efficiency & improvement of all company processes and operations
- Complying with all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong communication sills and work ethic
- Ability to observe, identify and offer input to improve company processes & work systems
- Previous mechanical industry experience (5 Years Minimum)
- Experience with Procore is preferred
- Previous experience in a team environment
- Computer literate with emphasis on MS Office
- Have access to own transportation to facilitate site visits etc. (travel is reimbursed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Mechanical Project Management in the Construction Industry: 3 years (required)
