We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Building Restoration, to join a growing engineering consulting team based in Markham.
This role is focused on leading building restoration projects from start to finish, including site assessments, technical reporting, and overseeing construction delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead building restoration projects from assessment through to completion

Conduct site reviews and prepare technical reports and recommendations

Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and proposals

Manage project delivery, including timelines, costs, and quality control

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants

Support and mentor junior team members
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in building restoration or building envelope projects

Background in Engineering, Building Science, Architectural Science, or related field

Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes

Must hold (or be eligible for) P.Eng. designation in Ontario (PEO) or British Columbia (EGBC).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
