Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
- Triage clients to the appropriate health professional based on their needs
- Handle insurance filings and minor bookkeeping tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
- Maintain accurate client records using clinic management software
- Support the day-to-day flow of the clinic
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, professional, and calm demeanor
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy with experience in administrative software
- A passion for helping people and being part of a health-focused environment
- Previous experience in a medical or health clinic setting is a strong asset
