Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist – Real Estate Brokerage
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and tech-savvy Front Desk Administrator / Receptionist to join our real estate brokerage team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and agents professionally.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound phone calls for lead follow-ups and database management.
- Coordinate with real estate agents on offers, listings, paperwork, and daily administrative tasks.
- Assist with Toronto MLS® system, listing uploads, and transaction documentation.
- Manage CRM database, update client information, and follow up with leads.
- Create social media posts, marketing templates, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Assist with social media ads, email marketing, and online promotions.
- Provide general office administration and team support.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous office administration or real estate experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of MLS®, CRM systems, Canva, Photoshop, and social media platforms preferred.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Real estate brokerage experience and marketing/social media skills will be considered a strong asset.
Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
