Duties
- Install, service, and repair HVAC systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately execute projects
- Perform maintenance on boilers, mechanical equipment, and appliances to ensure efficient operation
- Utilize plumbing and welding skills for system connections and repairs as needed
- Diagnose issues using mechanical knowledge and troubleshoot complex HVAC problems efficiently
- Conduct inspections of systems and components to identify potential failures or safety hazards
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades to ensure seamless integration
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and blueprints
- Skilled in welding techniques for metal fabrication and repairs
- Mechanical experience with maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems
- Construction experience is a plus for installation projects
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting complex issues

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
