Residential Project Manager – Abundant Air
Responsibilities:
- Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on prospective and targeted customers for new HVAC systems
- Increase sales and average order size through cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales, and promotional offerings
- Perform cold calling and follow-up with leads
- Maintain and expand knowledge of Abundant Air products to present solutions professionally to customers and prospects
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while delivering a high level of customer service
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Continuously learn and apply new product knowledge to enhance sales performance and professionalism
- Visit job sites as required to take measurements or provide customer support
- Negotiate and establish pricing and terms in accordance with company guidelines to ensure profitability

Position Overview:
Abundant Air is seeking a Residential Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow within a fast-paced, expanding company. Previous HVAC sales experience is not required; training will be provided.
