Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines with precision to assemble, repair, or finish products according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality control guidelines to ensure consistent product standards
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed for optimal quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes
- Document production activities accurately and report any machine malfunctions or quality concerns immediately
- Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
Requirements
- Strong English (oral and written) are mandatory
- Prior experience in uniform manufacturing is highly preferred, with strong sewing skills and understanding
- Familiarity with operating industrial sewing machines and basic maintenance procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions effectively
- Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
