We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting relaxation, improving physical function, and supporting overall client well-being through high-quality, individualized care.

We offer a competitive 50–65% commission split, reflecting experience, skill level, and client retention, along with the opportunity to grow within a supportive and professional wellness environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs, including relaxation, therapeutic, deep tissue, and sports massage techniques
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess concerns and develop personalized treatment plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and ongoing wellness strategies to enhance results
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including treatment notes and progress tracking
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and client confidentiality
- Stay current with industry developments, techniques, and continuing education requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Massage Therapy license or certification in accordance with provincial/state regulations
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to health and wellness (asset)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients
- Ability to create a calm, professional, and trusting treatment environment
- Prior experience in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting is an asset but not required; training may be provided
- Genuine passion for helping clients improve physical health, mobility, and overall well-being
- Commitment to professional growth and continuing education

Pay: $35.00-$85.00 per hour
