We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and increase sales.
- Recruit, interview, and train new team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and performance evaluations for staff.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote store offerings and special events.
- Monitor pricing strategies and adjust as necessary to stay competitive in the market.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Assist with purchasing decisions, budgeting, and inventory control to optimize profitability.
- Lead team meetings, provide ongoing training & development opportunities, and foster a positive work environment.

- Experience in merchandising, sales management, marketing, and store operations.
- Ability to recruit, interview, train staff, and manage payroll efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, pricing strategies, budgeting, and administrative tasks.
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and develop talent through training & development initiatives.
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, promotional activities, and inventory purchasing processes.
