Position: Commercial Sales Manager
Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial sales portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in window cleaning, janitorial, and/or property maintenance services, will a proven ability to build relationships, close contracts, and drive revenue across commercial clients. This role focuses on selling mainly window cleaning and a range of other integrated facility services to property managers, building owners, and commercial accounts.
Salary: $90,000/year Commission

Hours of Operation: 9 am-5 pm (Monday to Friday)
Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial accounts for window cleaning and related property maintenance services.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with commercial clients, including office buildings, retail spaces, property management firms, and industrial facilities.

Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals.

Conduct site visits, assess client needs, and prepare customized service proposals and pricing.

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams.

Collaborate closely with operations, scheduling, and management teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.

Coordinate sales plans with operations and scheduling departments to ensure customer success

Ensure all data, information, and details are entered into CRM / ERP and updated as required

Maintain acute awareness of market and industry trends and make suggestions for improvement

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience is required.

Experience in window cleaning, janitorial, or a similar industry is an asset.

Proven track record of selling commercial services and closing medium to large contracts.

Experience working with property managers, facility managers, and commercial decision makers.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Salesforce and NetSuite is an asset.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
