Site Superintendent

Commercial GC seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee commercial, TI, retail, and light industrial projects throughout the Lower Mainland.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 5–10+ years of Site Superintendent experience within commercial construction
- Experience running $1M–$35M projects
- Strong scheduling, sequencing, and trade coordination skills
- Confident client-facing communication abilities
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate independently
- Strong Procore and field documentation experience
- Availability within 2–4 weeks preferred
