Are you an experienced Certified Dental Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, highly organized environment and loves creating exceptional patient experiences?
Our growing orthodontic department is looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven professional to join our team in a unique dual role combining both Clinical Orthodontic Assisting and Orthodontic Patient Coordination.

- Assisting with orthodontic procedures during clinical days
- Coordinating patient treatment and follow-up care
- Building strong relationships with patients and families
- Helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and excited about treatment
- Managing communication and ensuring a seamless patient experience
- Supporting the continued growth and success of our orthodontic department
You are:
- A Certified Dental Assistant (Level II preferred)
- Experienced in orthodontics and patient coordination
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Calm under pressure and excellent at multitasking
- Professional, compassionate, and confident communicating with patients
- Someone who naturally thrives in structured environments
- A strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent follow-through
This role is especially well-suited for someone with a strong Cs DiSC personality style — someone who values accuracy, consistency, quality care, and meaningful patient relationships.
- Approximately 34–36 hours per week
- Orthodontic clinical days currently run Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Additional hours include patient coordination, communication, and follow-up support on non-clinical days
