We are expanding our custom ring engraving services and jewelry workshop offerings, and we are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role combines hands-on workshop instruction with store operations support to help ensure smooth daily activities and a strong customer experience.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working directly with customers in a creative workshop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist in jewelry workshop sessions and customer classes
- Support custom ring engraving workflow and preparation
- Provide excellent customer experience during workshops and store visits
- Assist with daily store operations and scheduling coordination
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and smooth workflow processes
- Help prepare materials and setup for workshops and events
Requirements:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and strong communicator
- Comfortable teaching or guiding small groups in a workshop setting
- Strong customer service mindset
- Available during daytime hours (before 5 PM)
- Weekend availability is an asset
- Long-term consistency preferred (non-student candidates preferred)
- Previous experience in retail, workshops, teaching, or operations is an advantage
Schedule:
Part-time, primarily daytime shifts with occasional weekends depending on business needs
