Blackade Security Inc. is a licensed security service company based in the Greater Toronto Area. Built on a single standard , form an impenetrable line of defense for the moments that can't be redon. We deploy professional operators across event, nightlife, corporate, and retail environments.
We're not building a roster of warm bodies in uniforms. We're building a team of operators who understand the difference between presence and posture.
What we're looking for
To be eligible to work for Blackade Security, you must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a valid security guard license in the Province of Ontario under the Private Security and Investigative Services Act (PSISA)
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work shifts up to 12 hours, including standing, walking, and patrolling for extended periods
- Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Be a Canadian resident and legally entitled to work in Canada
- Valid First Aid and CPR-C certification (current)
- Previous experience handling confrontational situations and the ability to de-escalate with little to no supervision
- Excellent written communication skills for clear, accurate incident reporting
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Reliable transportation to deployment locations across the GTA
Bonus assets:
- Experience in event, nightlife, or corporate security
- Use of Force certification
- Smart Serve certification (for nightlife/event work)
- Bilingual or multilingual
