Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to sales inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Conduct venue tours and showcase Chateau Le Jardin's event spaces and services.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the booking process.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Events, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain accurate client records within the company's CRM and booking systems.
- Attend bridal shows, networking events, and promotional activities as required.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is required; hospitality or event sales experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Confident presenting to clients and conducting venue tours.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or event management software is an asset.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
