We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fundraising and Philanthropy Coordinator to join our organization. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain fundraising databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor information.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to promote fundraising events and initiatives.
- Coordinate donor outreach efforts, including thank-you letters, follow-up communications, and stewardship activities to strengthen relationships.
- Conduct research on potential donors, grant opportunities, and community partners to expand funding sources.
- Plan and execute fundraising events, campaigns, and special projects aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with team members to create compelling proposals and reports for donors and stakeholders.
- Monitor fundraising progress and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure positive engagement experiences.
- Manage social media accounts including responding to inquiries related to donations and development and execution of social media campaigns
Skills
- Proficiency with databases systems for managing donor information.
- Strong marketing skills with experience in creating promotional materials and campaigns.
- Excellent research abilities to identify new funding opportunities and partnerships.
- Exceptional customer service skills to build lasting relationships with donors and community members.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging diverse audiences.

Pay: $29.00 per hour
