Sales Advisor – Residential & Commercial Solar

What You'll Be DoingResidential Sales
- Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, prospecting, and networking.
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospective homeowners.
- Schedule appointments and consultations for solar energy solutions.
- Work company-provided leads in addition to self-generated opportunities.
- Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar.
- Present customized solutions and help customers make informed decisions.
Commercial & B2B Sales
- Identify and develop opportunities with business owners, property managers, agricultural operations, and commercial organizations.
- Conduct outreach through cold calling, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
- Schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers to discuss energy savings and solar investment opportunities.
- Develop long-term relationships with commercial clients and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with management and project teams to prepare proposals and close commercial projects.
Who We're Looking ForEntry-Level Sales Advisors
- Energetic, motivated, and coachable.
- Comfortable talking with people face-to-face.
- Looking to build a long-term career in sales.
- Willing to work outdoors generating leads and setting appointments.
Experienced Sales Professionals
- Proven track record in sales.
- Strong presentation and closing skills.
- Experience with appointment-based sales is preferred.
- Experience selling to business owners, commercial clients, or decision-makers is a strong asset.
- Solar, home improvement, roofing, HVAC, energy services, or related industry experience is highly valued.

Compensation
$50,000 - $150,000+ per year
Income is performance-based, with top performers earning significantly above average through commissions and bonuses. Commercial projects can provide substantial earning opportunities for experienced sales professionals.
