Monarch Landscaping is a specialized landscaping company based in Hamilton, Ontario. We focus on high-quality sod installation, garden installs, and fences; doing fewer services, but doing them properly.
Our crews are tight, organized, and professional. We don’t rush jobs, we don’t cut corners, and we don’t operate like a chaotic crew bouncing from site to site. We take pride in clean installs, clear communication, and leaving every property better than we found it.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the work, can be trusted on site, and takes pride in doing things properly.
This is not a crew lead position, but you’ll be expected to work independently, support the lead, and keep jobs moving smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing sod (grading, soil prep, finishing, clean edges)
- Assisting with garden installs and having solid plant knowledge
- In the winter, running the sidewalk crew ensuring propertys are cleared and salted efficently
- Driving company truck & trailer to and from job sites (f550 & float trailer with skid steer)
- Supporting the site super with layout, efficiency, and quality control
- Helping keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Communicating clearly with the Crew Lead throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years landscaping experience (sod & gardens required)
- Confident driving truck + trailer
- Strong understanding of plant material, spacing, and basic care
- Reliable, punctual, and professional on site
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work
- Someone who takes pride in high-quality installs

Pay

The work is from Monday to Friday and sometimes on Saturdays during the busy season.
This also includes winter work as well.

Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
