About the Role
Overhead Door Co. of Edmonton is hiring a Residential Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll attend customer sites, diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and complete the required work — all while keeping the customer informed and confident every step of the way.
You'll work closely with our Service Coordinator on job status, part orders, and problem-solving support. Above all, you'll be responsible for delivering a remarkable customer experience: timely, high-quality service with clear communication from start to finish.
No prior experience with garage doors? No problem. If you bring the right qualities, we'll provide the training to make you an expert in all things residential doors.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct relevant experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Relevant safety training is an asset
