Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally , establishing a welcoming environment.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Explain recommended services and repairs clearly, ensuring customers understand their options.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates, including selling additional services when appropriate.
- Coordinate with technicians to communicate updates to customers throughout the service process.
- Keep the service area organized and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in an automotive dealership or repair shop environment is highly preferred.
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a must
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients in person or via phone, email and Kimoby

Pay: $35,000.00-$91,000.00 per year
