About the Role
No two days at MPS are ever the same.
You'll be the first impression of MPS while helping keep our busy business centre running smoothly every day. You'll work closely with the team, providing administrative, operational, and project support while helping deliver an exceptional experience for every client.

What You'll Do
· Provide administrative, operational, and project support.
· Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
· Manage a busy multi-line telephone system while delivering exceptional customer service.
· Support more than 200 business clients with a wide variety of reception and administrative services.
· Coordinate meeting room bookings, mail, courier services, and virtual office requests.
· Prepare documents, scan, print, proofread, and provide general administrative support.
· Assist with marketing, client service, and office initiatives as required.
· Look for opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.
Required Qualifications
· A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a professional office environment where managing a busy multi-line telephone system was a significant part of your role.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including excellent spelling and grammar.
· Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
· Confidence using Microsoft 365 and the ability to learn new software quickly.
· The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
· A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Compensation & Benefits
· Monday to Friday | 8:15 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
