Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to address specific concerns.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments as needed.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients by adhering to sanitation and safety protocols.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic operations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout each session.
Requirements
- Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment procedures and listening attentively to client concerns.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided as needed.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in healthcare practice.
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
