Position Summary
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Receptionist to join our team at Windermere CDJR in Edmonton. As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience and keeping our dealership running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a warm, professional attitude and connect them with the right department.
- Answer incoming calls and handle customer questions with confidence and professionalism.
- Keep the front desk organized, polished, and welcoming.
- Complete daily administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Support the administrative team and jump in wherever needed.
- Help create a positive, professional customer experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Confident, friendly, and professional communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using office software and handling basic administrative tasks.
