Duties
- Assist clients with retail product selections and upselling to enhance their skincare routines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of treatment rooms and equipment
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing consultations, and ensuring a relaxing experience
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized care and professional communication
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Esthetician with valid licensing in Nova Scotia, Canada
- Brazilian waxing or sugaring an asset
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatments and skincare recommendations
- Good organizational skills to keep treatment areas clean and appointments on schedule
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$40.00 per hour
