This is an ideal opportunity for someone starting a career in automotive sales who wants hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to grow into a full Sales Consultant role.
What You’ll Do
- Learn the vehicle sales process from experienced mentors
- Assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations
- Support sales staff with follow-ups, appointments, and deliveries
- Learn dealership systems, financing basics, and inventory management
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused experience
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
- Help keep the showroom and vehicle displays organized and presentation-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and social media
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Automotive knowledge is an asset, but not required
- Sales or customer service experience is considered an advantage
