Made Theory creates premium live customization experiences for brands and events across Canada. From live embroidery and patch bars to heat pressing, laser engraving, and interactive brand activations, we help companies create memorable experiences at conferences, retail events, product launches, and corporate gatherings.
We're looking for reliable, energetic team members to join our event crew and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Assist with setting up and tearing down event equipment.
- Help operate live customization stations, including embroidery, heat presses, patch bars, and other activations (training provided).
- Welcome guests and guide them through the customization process.
- Maintain an organized and professional event space.
- Restock materials and keep workstations running smoothly.
- Work alongside the Made Theory team to ensure events run efficiently.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting event equipment.
- Represent Made Theory professionally while interacting with clients and guests.
What We're Looking For
- Must be available on some weekdays (Monday–Friday).
- Comfortable working at different event venues throughout Metro Vancouver.
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with guests.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
- Previous event, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle is considered an asset.
