SHIFT & SCHEDULE Hours: 1 PM – 9 PM (Evening Shift) Schedule: 5 days/week — including weekends (Weekend shift: 11 PM - 7 PM)
Days Off: 2 weekdays off per week
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to turn conversations into conversions? LG Home Comfort is growing fast and we're looking for a driven Call Center Sales Specialist to fuel our pipeline. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — the one who sparks their interest and sets the stage for a sale.
You'll connect with homeowners, qualify their needs, and book in-home consultations with our Home Comfort Advisors. You're the critical link between lead generation and field sales — and your performance directly impacts the team's success.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive outbound calls to prospective customers and generate excitement about our home comfort products
- Qualify leads and book in-home consultations with our HVAC specialists — you own that handoff
- Build genuine rapport with customers
- Manage your pipeline and track activity in Salesforce with precision
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences — handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and leave every caller better off
- Participate in targeted campaigns to promote seasonal products and promotions
WHAT YOU BRING
- 1+ year of experience in a call center, telemarketing, or inside sales environment
- A natural phone presence — confident, clear, and persuasive
- Hunger to hit targets and a mindset that sees every call as an opportunity
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Five9 is an asset, but not required
- HVAC or home services experience is an asset, but not required
- Availability for the 1–9 PM shift, including weekends
