We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in the 14th and Warden area. As a Forklift Operator, you will support daily warehouse operations by safely operating counterbalance and reach forklifts, moving product, loading and unloading pallets, and assisting with order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
- Operate counterbalance and reach forklifts safely and efficiently within a distribution environment.
- Load and unload pallets, trailers, and warehouse materials as required.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including staging, moving, and organizing products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
- Wrap skids and ensure products are secured for storage or transportation.
- Perform general warehouse duties while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21 per hour.
- Annual salary equivalent: $43,680 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
