In this role, you will focus on full-cycle B2B business development, identifying opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, and closing new accounts.
We provide the documented sales systems, training support, and structural infrastructure; you bring the hunger, grit, and execution.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Pipeline Generation: Actively prospect, cold call, and qualify new B2B business opportunities daily to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery sessions, presentations, and product/service demonstrations to understand client bottlenecks and present high-value solutions.
- Deal Closure: Navigate objections, manage negotiations, and successfully close new monthly recurring and one-time setup contracts.
- Relationship Architecture: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term accounts.
- Activity Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of your daily pipeline activity, metrics, and progress within our CRM system.
- Market Intelligence: Stay sharp on digital marketing trends, competitor movements, and industry shifts to position our services effectively.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- Proven Resilience: A background in B2B outbound digital marketing sales, or high-volume customer acquisition. You view "no" as just a step toward a "yes."
- Elite Communication: Highly articulate with strong presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
- Self-Correction & Drive: Highly disciplined, organized, and capable of managing your daily schedule to hit performance milestones autonomously.
